WHO WE ARE

CTTK Chartered Accountants is a professional accounting firm established in 2005, registered as TTK Chartered Accountants with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) and the Zambia Revenue Authority. The firm operates under the trading name CTTK.

Headquartered in Lusaka and Kitwe, with additional offices in Ndola and Kapiri Mposhi, CTTK Chartered Accountants has a dedicated team of eight employees, including two partners. The firm specializes in providing a wide range of professional services, including external and internal audit services, accountancy (bookkeeping) services, financial consultancy, and taxation services.

CTTK Chartered Accountants is committed to providing value-added services that not only meet but exceed client expectations, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of their clients' management and control systems.

CTTK has built a significant client base of over 30 clients, primarily consisting of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various sectors, including agriculture, healthcare, education, hospitality, financial services, Non-governmental organisations (NGOs), media and Collective Investment Schemes and Investments Advisors under the supervision of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) . The firm prides itself on its in-depth knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality services tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Zambia Financial Reporting Standards for Micro and Small Entities, the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017, the Banking & Financial Services Act of 2017 (Micro Finance Regulations of 2006 since we audit microfinance entities), the Securities Act No. 41 of 2016 with respect to entities supervised by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Intelligence Centre Act of 2010, the Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment Act of 2016 and the Bank of Zambia Anti-Money Laundering & Combating of Terrorism or Proliferation Directives of 2017 and its implementation regulations.
